Shipping Policy
At Essel's we aim to get your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Here's what you need to know about our shipping options:
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the size of your order. The exact cost will be displayed during checkout.
Delivery times: We will process and ship your order within 1-3 business days. Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method you choose. Within the Netherlands, you can usually expect your order within 3-5 business days.
Track & Trace: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a Track & Trace code, so you can track your package until it arrives at your door.
Return & Exchange Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us! If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer an easy returns process:
Return Period: You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. Make sure the items are unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging.
How do you return?
Please contact us at info@essels.nl to register your return. Please state your order number and the items you wish to return.
We will send you a return label and further instructions.
Pack the items carefully, stick the return label on the package and take it to a post office.
Return costs : The costs for return shipments are at the expense of the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered. In that case we will reimburse the return costs.
Refunds: Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The amount will be credited back to the original payment method.
Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the same process as above. For quick service, we recommend reordering the desired item and returning the original item.
